The client

The Kosovo–Türkiye Investors Chamber (KTYO) strengthens commercial ties between the two countries and guides investors on both sides of the border.

What we delivered

• The official website in Turkish, English and Albanian — 138 pages with localized URLs, built with Astro and Tailwind CSS 4 on Cloudflare Pages.
• News and announcement archives migrated and translated: 84 news items and 9 announcements.
• Türkiye–Kosovo trade-data pages built from raw KONİB statistics: exports by province (60) and by sector (25) with year-over-year comparison and downloadable CSV/XLSX datasets.
• A custom membership API (Express, pdf-lib, Cloudflare Turnstile): it validates applications, fills the chamber's official PDF form, archives every submission and emails both the chamber and the applicant with reference numbers.
• llms.txt and llms-full.txt generated at build time, making the chamber's content machine-readable for AI assistants.

The result

The chamber now runs its public presence and its membership intake on infrastructure we operate end-to-end — including a verified Astro 5→7 framework upgrade performed with a normalized build-diff harness that kept the production output predictable.
