Meftun Cafe — Case Study | Creaks Agency

← All Work

The client

Meftun Cafe is an authentic Turkish restaurant in Bresje, near Prishtina, preparing for its grand opening in September 2026.

The challenge

The owner needed online ordering, live order tracking and table reservations working before opening night — with the menu readable in Albanian, English and Turkish, for a mostly local customer base.

What we delivered

• A six-page website (home, menu, order, tracking, catering, contact) with a trilingual interface — every dish name and description in SQ, EN and TR.
• Basket, checkout with delivery/pickup and EUR pricing, and an order-tracking page that polls status every 15 seconds across a five-step lifecycle.
• A purpose-built Fastify + SQLite API for orders, reservations, contact messages and catering quotes — server-recomputed totals, JSON-schema validation, rate limiting and staff endpoints behind an admin key.
• Deployment on our own hardened infrastructure: nginx, PM2 and nightly database backups.

The result

The system went live roughly 48 hours after the first commit — two full days before the grand opening — and passed a 12-case API smoke test covering totals, tracking, authentication and error paths.
