The client

TSP is an Istanbul corporate-services company founded in 1999, operating across four pillars — integrated facility management, real estate, engineering and consulting — with more than 850 references across Türkiye and international projects from Tashkent to Cyprus.

The challenge

The company's web presence ran on an aging Drupal 7 installation: 120 pages, two languages, mounting SEO and accessibility gaps, and a structure that made every content change expensive.

What we delivered

• A full audit of the legacy site — 120 pages crawled, content and media inventoried, every gap documented.
• A bespoke design system ("The Lit Skyline") with a signature animated wireframe-cityscape hero that degrades gracefully under reduced motion.
• A complete rebuild as a static Astro 7 site: 134 pages in Turkish, English and Albanian with localized URLs and hreflang-verified sitemaps.
• 63 reference detail pages and a 24-article press archive migrated from legacy media.
• 117 legacy URLs preserved through verified 301 redirects.
• Business tooling restored: four prefilled Workiom request forms, click-to-load Google Maps, keyboard-first navigation.

The result

The new platform passed a full QA matrix — 6,801 internal links checked, zero broken — and now runs as a fast static site with post-launch changes shipped under a documented action plan with the client.
